Daily Reading Homework

Students should read for 15 minutes a night (Monday through Friday) and spend 5 or so minutes writing a response to their reading. Reading responses are written in each student's reading journal and their daily reading is recorded on their reading log. The log and journal should be signed each weekend and returned to school on Mondays. Read, Think, and Write Students should read nightly, think about what they read, and choose a question to answer in their reading journals.
