~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Miss Tattletale got her name after first graders started stopping outside my classroom door to tattle to my wooden doll.
Miss Tattletale has landscape timber feet, a wooden body covered with stuffed fabric, and jute hair that has been colored with a box of hair dye.
One of her arms is made of wood and the other is a flexible wire. Her hands are stuffed garden gloves.
My students and I dress Miss Tattletale in a variety of clothing.
Sometimes the students wear Miss Tattletale's clothing while presenting plays and book reports, or during indoor recess.
Here are a few of our favorite photos of Miss Tattletale.
