We answered questions about ourselves and used our answers to make jack-o-lanterns. (To see the questions we answered, click on the picture below.)   We then put all of the jack-o-lanterns on the wall and wrote math word problems about our class. (Example: How many more students are going trick-or-treating than are going to a Halloween party this year?) The math problems were typed on small pumpkins and displayed around the glyph key. To solve our problems, you have to look at the glyph key and at our jack-o-lanterns.
