The Day I Beat the Mets 18-0 By: Shrihari   One day as a Tiger, I had to go to a game and play the Mets. First I was scared. The Mets were rated 1st place. By the way, if the Tigers win this game, they win the World Series. So I was batting and I kept getting strikes till I was out. Catcher is the job I'm good at. After an hour, I got to be the catcher. I caught the ball. The batting guy was out. I had to bat again but this time I made a grand slam. It was the bottom of the ninth and I hit another grand slam. There were exactly 5 seconds to go. 5,4,3,2,1, Grand slam again! Everyone high-fived me. It was amazing. We had 18 and they hand 0. My salary, which was $15,000 was increased to $500,000. We were rated 1st place and the other team was rated 6th place. If I were in charge of the world there'd be 65 feet slides, an X-Box 380, and basketball hoops would be 50 inches tall.. If I were in charge of the world you wouldn't have yucky nature, hard tests, mean sports, or scary dreams. You wouldn't even have bullies! If I were in charge of the world a punch would be a touch. All Slurpies would be vegetables. I appreciate math but not social studies. My family, friends, and I are important to me. I think math is fun but social studies is boring. I wonder if I could meet God. I care about world peace and my family. I can play the flute and get a 100% on my spelling test. I want to be a doctor. In the future I will be a doctor. So I will read about humans.
